Managing Cohorts

Edit a Cohort

To manage a cohort, hover over the cohort's title in the organization tree Make sure that you're not in cohort view mode by clicking the blue arrow to go back to the main organization tree.

From here you can update the cohort's name and reset days.

Additional Cohort Settings

More alterations can be made to cohorts including:
  • Customize Period Lengths and Interview Goals
  • Cohort View Settings:
    Are Presentations Team Member Accessible: Can team members view the Scoring feature? By default this is turned off.
    Are Presentation Comments Team Member Accessible: (only applies if team members have Scoring visibility on) Allows team members to view Scoring comments, not just the scores.
    Is The Private Instructor Presentation Chat Enabled: Is the Scoring-only private chat turned on?
    Can Teams See Each Other: Are team members able to access other teams' workspaces?
    Is General Chat Enabled: Is the General Chat channel activated?
    Is Instructor Chat Enabled: Is the Instructor Chat channel activated (this is team specific)?
    Is Instructor Feedback Chat Enabled: Is the Instructor Feedback Chat channel activated?
    Is Instructor General Chat Enabled: Is the Instructor General Chat channel activated (this is cohort-wide)?
    Show interviews created before the cohort start date in the cohort statistics: This determines if week/period 1 includes all data from before the cohort start date or not.
    Are Presentations/Scoring Features Enabled: Is the Scoring feature turned on?
    Are Instructor Engagements Enabled In The Dashboard: Are Instructor Stats visible (only Instructors and Admins can see this page if so).
  • Modify Scoring Questions: Does the Work, Takes Feedback, Understands Concepts, Team Dynamic, and Other Issues

Add a Team

To add a team to a cohort, click the 'Add Team; icon upon hover-over.

Add the team's name in the text field and click 'Add'.

Manage Teams

Once a team is added, you can further manage the team.
