Manage Account Information and Security

In your avatar menu select "Account & Security Settings"

Account Settings

Use the Account page to update your email address or name.

Change Your Password

Enter your existing password and new password then click "Save" to lock in your edits.

You may also request a password reset from the login page:

Click "Forgot Your Password?" link just below the password field.

Authenticator Settings

To set up multifactor authentication use the FreeOTP or Google Authenticator [for iOS] [for Android] app and scan your personal QR code. Then enter in the code from the authenticator app and name your device before saving.

Federated Identity

Use your Microsoft or Google account to link your identity to your Innovation Within account. 

View Sessions

Sessions shows all the instances of your account that are currently running. 

If you left a session open on a shared computer and need to end it remotely, lick "Log out all sessions" to log out of all of your sessions to secure your account.

View Log

Show all of the login and log out data for the user.
