Getting Started with AI Insights

  1. Upload and Transcribe:
    • Step 1: When you upload audio or video files for your interviews Insights will be autogenerated minutes after your transcription is processed.


    • Step 2: Show a screenshot and describe the transcription process. Highlight any options for language or dialect if applicable.
  2. AI Analysis:
    • Step 3: Once transcribed, detail how the AI analyzes the text to generate insights. Include a screenshot showing an example of AI-generated insights on the platform.
    • Step 4: Explain the types of insights that might be generated, such as tags, links to canvas hypotheses, etc.
