Adding credit to a team's account

To add credit:

  1. Make sure you have the desired team selected in the Organization Tree.
  2. Click your avatar in the upper right corner of the platform. 
  3. Select 'Billing' from the drop down menu.
  4. From the Billing page, click the button that says 'Add Credit'.
  5. Select an amount of credit you would like to purchase, add a credit or debit card, and select the team you would like the credit to go to.
  6. Click 'Add Credit' and near instantly your team will now have the credit you purchased.

You may also add credit from the transcription menu after you've uploaded or recorded an interview.

Transcription prices can also be found in the transcription menu in Discovery. Each team begins with US $20 of free transcription credit, though some programs may purchase additional credit.

At this time all of our transcription amounts are displayed in USD.
