Exporting a team's interviews

Export Interviews

Need to share your interview notes with stakeholders outside of the platform? We have you covered. You can export your interviews with full formatting with just one click.

Hover over your interviews count to see the export icon appear and click to export all of your interviews.

Export individual interviews by hovering over the specific interview and clicking the "Download Notes" icon.

You will receive an alert that the interviews are preparing for export.

When the interviews are ready, you will get a notification. Click the text of the notification to start the download of the interviews.

Interviews will be exported in HTML format and show the details of the interview above the note text.

Beneath the Interview Notes, the Insights from the Interview are listed.

If you uploaded audio and had it transcribed, your transcription will follow the Insights.
