Quick Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing an issue getting the platform to load. Try hard refreshing the page (hold shift while refreshing).

In-App Support

Access support from within the Discovery Platform by clicking "?" in just to the left of your avatar.

In-App Support will then appear in the bottom right portion of the page, displaying knowledge base articles relevant to the feature you have open.

If you are unable to find a relevant article, you can click "Ask" at the top of the In-App Support panel to ask a question.

You will always be able to send an email message to Innovation Within's support team, but live chat may also be available.
