Exporting Interview Audio

If you need to export your audio from your interviews, you are able to do so for individual interviews. 

These steps were recorded using Chrome on a PC, but they should be similar on Mac or in other browsers. If you can't recreate these steps, send us an email to support@innovationwithin.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

1. Right click the playback dot for the audio and select "inspect" - it may be "inspect element" in other browsers/operating systems.

2. A panel or window will appear, look two sections above the highlighted area for a link, right click the link and select "copy link address".

3. Paste the URL in a new tab and press enter.

4. When the page loads you should see a player similar to the image below, right click the dots icon and select "download". Players in other browsers/operating systems should have a download icon too.
