Viewing Insights
As an instructor, you want to make sure participants in your program are getting valuable information from their customer discovery interviews. Team Members should be highlighting sections of text from their interview notes and/or transcripts to save as Insights. These Insights are used to help them decide whether to validate or invalidate hypotheses in their Canvas.
There are two primary locations for you to view these Insights:
Insights View
See all of a team's Insights on one page. Filter Insights by user, type of insight, or hypothesis linking status.
*Hover over the text listed in an Insight to reveal the full quote.
If you click on an Insight listed, you will be taken to the interview where it was extracted from.
Interviews
Shows you the full interview text and all Insights extracted from that interview. Teams may enter in text in the Note tab, or upload audio to the Transcription tab, where they are able to request the audio be transcribed into useful text.
*You may also search for specific Insights using the Search feature.
